COMMERCIAL DIPLOMACY INDEX

Your information.
A clear purpose.

How this site handles briefing requests, Global Chamber™ inquiries, real estate agent inquiries, and your relationship inventory.

Briefing requests and Global Chamber™ inquiries

When you submit a briefing request or Global Chamber™ inquiry, the site stores your name, email address, organization if supplied, selected topic, place or market if supplied, message, consent, request reference, and submission time. If a signed-in visitor identifier is provided by the hosting service, it is stored with the request.

These details are recorded by the Commercial Diplomacy Index team for review and for responding to your request. Submission does not book a meeting, subscribe you to a mailing list, or send an automatic email. Please avoid including confidential business information or sensitive personal details in the message.

Real estate agent inquiries

When you ask about finding a U.S. real estate agent, we store your name, email address, preferred U.S. location, the type of help requested, and your planned timing. We also store your phone number and notes if you provide them, along with your consent, request reference, submission time, and any signed-in visitor identifier supplied by hosting.

The Commercial Diplomacy Index team uses these details to review your inquiry and contact you about next steps. The form does not automatically send your details to a real estate agent, confirm an agent match, or book an appointment.

AI research license inquiries

When you ask about the NDS AI Economy Intelligence Backbone, we store your name, email address, organization, selected ISO3 country or territory, license interest, intended use, consent, request reference, and submission time. Any signed-in visitor identifier supplied by hosting is stored with the request.

The CDI team uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry. No payment, order, subscription, paid delivery, or automated email is created. Your information is not automatically sent to the IMF, Census, FCC, World Bank, or another source agency. Please avoid confidential or sensitive details in the message.

Your relationship inventory

Readiness checklist selections are saved in local storage in your browser. They are not included with a briefing request and are not sent to this site’s database. You can remove them by unchecking the selections or clearing this site’s browser data.

The Commercial Diplomacy Notebook

Your shared goal, page notes, saved research, and country comparison selections are saved in local storage in this browser on this device. They do not automatically follow you to another browser or device. Notes are not sent to the site database, added to a contact form, or included in a page share link. You can clear the notes for a page inside the notepad. Clearing this site’s browser data removes all saved notes.

Copy my research, Download my research, and Print / Save PDF include your goal, all saved page notes, and attached or saved research with its source details. Those exports may include the sources and contacts you entered. My Research Workspace and the older notepad address carry noindex instructions and are excluded from the XML sitemap. Personal notes are never rendered into public server pages or versioned source feeds. Keep downloaded copies somewhere you trust. If browser saving is unavailable, the notepad tells you to copy or download your work before leaving.

Sharing and downloads

The Share buttons let you share the page you are viewing or copy its link. A valid ZIP search and a page section may be included. Sign-in and access tokens are not included in the shared link. If your browser cannot copy the link, a field lets you select and copy it yourself. Planning worksheets and readiness inventories are generated in your browser when you choose to download them.

Media Room

The Media Room stores recordings, source links, summaries, and optional transcripts published by the site publisher. Uploaded MP3 and MP4 files are kept in site file storage. Publisher access is linked to the signed-in site identity after the verified owner first publishes. Viewing, printing, or downloading a recording does not submit a contact form.

YouTube players load only after you choose to load a video. YouTube then handles playback under its own policies. Hosted MP3 and MP4 files load from their stated source when played; those providers may process normal playback requests. Print and Save PDF use your browser’s print window. Notes and media-list downloads are generated in your browser.

Connected source lookups

When you choose to check a country observation or ZIP housing record, this site requests the selected public data from the World Bank or Move Where Love Is. The request includes the chosen country, measure and period, or ZIP prefix. It does not include your contact-form details. Source records keep their observation dates and do not change fixed published ranking editions.

Prepared Stripe checkout

The AI research snapshot has a Stripe product and an inactive hosted checkout link under National Data System. Checkout and paid delivery are disabled. No card details are collected by this site.

The prepared signed-event receiver verifies Stripe signatures and records only relevant event and session identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and a disabled-delivery status in private storage. It does not store card numbers or release datasets. The Stripe endpoint is paused while access routing and release terms are reviewed. The license inquiry form remains separate from payment processing.

Business profile claims and updates

The connected Places & Business Directory accepts requests to claim a business profile or report a closure, move, reopening, duplicate, or correction. The request form explains what contact details and evidence are saved in private directory storage. Claims and reports are reviewed before any public change; they do not automatically grant editing access or change the historical source record.

Open the U.S. ZIP business directory, choose a business, and use Claim this profile or Report an update to find the request form and its privacy details. Submitting the form does not collect payment or send an automatic email.

Google Analytics across both websites

The Commercial Diplomacy Index and its connected Places & Business Directory use Google Analytics with measurement ID G-JRTBSBND0B to understand visits, page views, and use of the websites. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page addresses, referring sites, browser and device information, and approximate location.

The same measurement ID and cross-domain linking connect visits between the index and directory. A link between the websites may include a temporary Google measurement parameter. Your private notebook text, saved research notes, and inquiry-message contents are not deliberately included in our analytics configuration. Contact requests remain in the site storage described above.

Site access and hosting

The hosting platform manages site access and may process authentication information and operational logs under its own policies. The websites also use Google Analytics as described above.

Questions or removal requests

Use the briefing request form to ask a privacy question or request removal of a previous submission. Include the earlier reference if you have it. Requests are recorded for review.
