Your question.
Check the source.
Explore a U.S. ZIP housing record or a reported country value. Keep the source, observation date, and meaning with the number.

Bring the evidence into your next step.
Use Commercial Diplomacy Index to interpret a possible international relationship, organize the evidence, and prepare a useful request. My Research Workspace keeps your private notes beside saved research. Compare export markets uses the fixed country edition, with the source, geography, reporting periods, and limits shown together.
Supporting properties keep their own meanings: ZIP Code Intelligence explains U.S. community geography; community research connects the published Follow Your Heart feeds; and the housing and World Bank lookups below supply their separately dated responses. Additional business-intelligence feeds can join this network when their governed publication contracts and usable endpoints are available.
Versioned community feed and ISO3 catalog · Versioned country inputs and method. Personal notebook entries stay outside these public feeds.
Bring a number back to your own plan.
Imagine you are comparing a market for business or a community for a move. A current source response helps you see what is reported today. The observation itself may describe an earlier month or year. Read both dates before you interpret a change.
The tools below request two verified feeds. Move Where Love Is supplies ZIP housing indicators. The World Bank indicator service supplies national observations. You can open the source response and definition with each result. Published ranking editions keep their own fixed inputs.
Check a reported country value.
Choose a place, a measure, and a year. This lookup requests a current World Bank response, with its observation year and source update date. “Latest available” may refer to an older observation. Use a shared year when comparing places.
What do the ZIP housing figures show?
Enter a ZIP to request its housing record from Move Where Love Is. You will see the observation month beside each available value. These are area indicators; current property prices need their own listing or quote.
Use the reviewed research releases.
The 2024 economic component brings together import demand, real growth, and price stability, with newer GEM trends kept separately dated. The U.S. visitor-economy view adds the BEA national tourism record for 2018–2023.
The industry bridge connects classification systems. The 2025 CBSA population view adds market scale, with metropolitan and micropolitan areas kept separate. Each is a frozen, versioned release with source details and downloads.
Explore communities with the right label.
The Follow Your Heart community directory publishes labeled U.S. city-market rankings. Birthplace and ancestry stay separate. A Nigerian ancestry ranking describes reported roots; a Nigeria birthplace measure describes people born there.
The publication also provides shared JSON community feeds. The U.S. community explorer connects a fixed version, preserves original ranks, and provides a top 10 view plus all covered areas. Open an example birthplace feed or read the versioned ISO3 feed catalog.
Use those published tables for labeled city-market comparisons. Our Heritage Search continues to use its separately dated ZIP community source. Country-origin records need a checked ISO3 mapping before they can support a country profile or a new community ranking.
